EXIT 19 KINGSTON
- At traffic circle take first right onto Route 28 West (toward Pine Hill) and proceed for 41.7 miles.
- In Arkville, turn right onto County Route 38 and travel to end of the road, 1.0 miles.
- At intersection with State Route 30, turn right and proceed for 6.3 miles.
- Turn left onto Cold Spring Road and proceed for 1.4 miles.
- At stop sign, continue straight up the hill on West Settlement Road for 1.9 miles.
